Responsibilities
Manage front desk check-in and check-out procedures.
Drive shuttles to transport associates safely.
Maintain housing facilities and address maintenance issues.
Enforce housing policies and ensure a safe living environment.
Assist with housing assignments and roommate coordination.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Basic maintenance and repair skills
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Comfortable working with associated from diverse backgrounds who have different values or not be native English speakers
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
