Housekeeping Attendant

$15 / hour

Carowinds is looking for dedicated individuals to fill two separate housekeeping positions: one for the campground cabins and another for the dormitory facilities. Both roles focus on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene to ensure a welcoming environment for our guests and associates.

Campground Cabin Housekeeping:

• Responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance of campground cabins, including making beds, cleaning bathroom fixtures, removing dirty linen, replacing used guest amenities, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash, and mopping floors.
• Work with cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines outlined in the safety data sheets (SDS). Utilize cleaning equipment safely and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
• Complete daily task assignments, respond to guest requests and inquiries, report maintenance issues, and collect and label lost and found items.

Dormitory Housekeeping:

• Responsible for cleaning dorm restrooms, common areas, and maintaining the perimeter of the campus on a daily basis.
• Ensure all assigned areas, including hallways, public bathrooms, lobby areas, and outdoor walkways, are thoroughly cleaned.
• Respond to resident requests and inquiries, report maintenance issues, and assist team leaders as needed.
