We’re hiring for two unique roles within our Entertainment Department—Tricks & Treats Attendant and Scarowinds Haunt Operators. Tricks & Treats Attendant

As an essential part of the Entertainment department, our team of Tricks & Treats Attendants work with performers and guests to ensure safety for all as well as creating memorable entertainment and event experiences parkwide. Whether it’s encouraging guest interaction with character performers on the midway, to greeting guests at event/show locations, to assisting with special events we need your personable skills, positive attitude, and attention to detail to assist us in delivering an excellent guest experience safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help create a fun & safe environment for kids and families to enjoy various activities
• Assist in giving out candy at Trick or Treat Trail locations
• Assist with the set up and cleaning of the event activation locations
• Entertaining guests by providing positive interactions within the park programming
• Assisting with facilitating special events & activations in park

Scarowinds Haunt Operator

As a Scarowinds Haunt Operator, you’ll be part of the team that brings our terrifying mazes and scare zones to life. Working behind the scenes, you’ll help ensure the safety of guests and performers while maintaining the eerie ambiance that makes Scarowinds legendary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor maze/scare zone safety and enforce rules
• Assist guests who are lost, frightened, or disoriented
• Handle props and equipment with care
• Stay calm and professional in high-stress situations
• Understand the characters and themes of your assigned area

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years or older
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
