Assist guests with their needs and questions, ensuring they have a fantastic and hassle-free visit.

Availability Requirements:

• September: Minimum 1 day per week (operating Saturday nights and Sundays)
• October: Required 1 day per week (operating Saturday nights)
• Must be available to work 6 out of 9 weekends between September 6 and November 1

WAGE: $18 / hour

• Assist guests with inquiries and provide information.
• Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly.
• Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience.
• Keep guest service areas clean and organized.

• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle payment terminals and operate a point-of-sale system (training provided)
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Friendly and helpful demeanor
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
