• Greet guests and help them find their seats for Winterfest shows and performances.
• Use a clicker to count guests as they enter the theater.
• Assist guests exiting dark theaters using a flashlight.
• Help manage parade crowds and ensure a smooth guest experience outdoors.
• Support show operations by helping with props or selecting guests to participate.
